About Me

I represent veterans in their disability claims before the VA and Court of of Appeals for Veterans Claims. I am a military spouse of over a decade, so I have seen first-hand the creation of a generation of disabled veterans, many whom have invisible injuries. There are lots of resources out there to help you handle your own claim, but if you are tired of the emotional rollercoaster and stress involved in dealing with the VA, then it's time to find a VA-accredited lawyer.

“Kelly handled every aspect of my disability appeal. She made it so easy on my end, and took over all the communication with the VA. She would get answers when previously I had gotten silence. She got me a higher disability rating than I expected that greatly increased my compensation. Finally, I felt like someone was listening to me and actually cared about my injuries.”
